* How do I place an order?

a. Browse the products and add to cart.
b. Navigate to Check out page.
c. Enter your personal details. Delivery address, contact number etc.
d. Select the Payment method. ( Cash, Credit card, Bank Deposit)
e. Double check accuracy of the submitted information. And place the order.

* I have placed my order. What’s next?

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email . We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We will be handing over your order to a 3rd party courier service. And they will deliver within 3 working days. They will contact you in advance to the delivery, please be kind enough to answer the phone. If there is any delay, do let us know by calling or dropping an email,

* Are there any other ways to place the order?

* Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

* Customer care agent informed me that there is an issue with an item which I have ordered. What will be the next steps ?

We are really sorry if such inconvenience happened to you. Our customer care will inform you such issue if the store holds the item due to a damage, missing item or system issue etc. It would be a rare incident. Steps we will take is as below.
1. We will first inform you.
2. If it is a cash on delivery order, we will inform you and send the rest of the order.
3. If it is a paid order, we will send the rest of the items. For the value of the item not sent we can either give you
A). A coupon code for the value of the item & delivery charge to use in a future order.
B). If you inform us an item we can send it with the initial order.
C). If no option we will refund the amount of the item.

* What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

* What payment methods do you accept?

A. Card payments
Our web site is integrated with the secured PAYHERE payment gateway.
Credit Card: any VISA, MASTER credit cards and American express cards.
Debit Card: Online activated debits cards only.
Other payment methods : Payhere also facilitates other online paying methods as well. ( Ex : Frimi, Genie etc.)
NOTE : Please note that we do not have credit card payment on delivery with us at the moment.

B. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available island wide. You can hand over the payment as cash when the delivery agent comes to deliver you the order.

C. Bank Deposits
We will send you an email with the bank details. Let us know once the deposit is done within 1 working days and please share the an image of the deposit/transfer slip.If the payment is getting delay more than 1 day do let us know to ensure that the product is available.

D. Installment Payments
We have tied up with KOKO and Mintpay, where you can now create an account with them, and pay for your order in installment basis. There will be 3 installments and you will pay 1/3 of the payment in each month.

* What are the delivery charges?

The courier charges will be Rs.290 within Colombo city limits and Rs.390 for any other area.

* What is a promo code?

Promo Code is for all you lovely shopaholics to make your shopping experience more interesting as occasionally, we would be sending some of the best deals your way! It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts on your purchases. These can only be used for orders placed through our web site.

* What is the minimum order value for application of promo vouchers?

Different promo vouchers are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card you received.

* What products can I purchase with the promo codes?

We are happy to offer you promo vouchers which can be used across full priced products. However, at times we issue special vouchers applicable on one or more special categories only. Your voucher code will come with all the relevant instructions. Please note that the promo codes are not valid for purchasing of gift vouchers & already discounted products.

* Can I use a voucher more than once?

Generally, vouchers can be used only once, but special vouchers issued can be used more than once. Your voucher email would have the details of how to use the voucher.

* Is there validity date for promo voucher?

Every voucher has its validity date which would be mentioned in the email or the voucher post that you received.

* How do I use a promo voucher?

After adding items to your shopping cart, navigate to the checkout page. After entering all the details apply coupon code in the discount code section. If the promo code was successfully entered you will be able to see the deduction of the total in “Review Your order” section.

* Why doesn't my promo voucher work?

- Please copy and paste the voucher code as it is case sensitive.
- Please check if your order value is more than minimum order value stipulated for the voucher.
- Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received.
- Please also check if the voucher is especially meant for application on a particular category.
- Please see whether you have already used the coupon code

* Will the discounts or promotions given in web site applicable for other media?

The discounts or promotions which are displayed in the web site are only for orders placed through the web site by the Customer. If you need to get the discount or the promotion, please place the order through the web site. These types of discounts and promotions are given to customer as an encouragement to place orders through the web site. The Discounts and promotions given for web site orders may not be there in the flagship store unless specified.

* Can I use several vouchers in 1 order?

Sorry, only one voucher can be added per order.

Are products brought from a voucher exchangeable?

Generally yes. Depending on the voucher type it might differ. Your voucher email would have the more details regarding exchanges.

Are discounted products are exchangeable?

Discounted products are not exchangeable.

* How do I cancel my order?

You can inform us through email ([email protected]), call ( 0775887553 ) or through facebook (https://www.facebook.com/zigzag.lk/). Please be kind enough to inform us within 24 hours after placing the order since the product will be reserved for you.The cancellation should happen within 24 hours of placing the order.

* I have already made the payment, will I get a refund?

Sorry, the payment is not refundable. You can inform us by calling or sending an email and change the ordered products to the amount which you have paid.

* How many days does it take for the delivery to happen?

We try our best to deliver as soon as possible. (within Colombo 3 working days and out of Colombo within 4 working days), if there are any delays please let us know. We will follow up with the courier service.

* Can I return my complete/part of the order at the time of delivery?

Instant Return/Open Delivery service i.e. the facility of returning complete/part of order at the time of delivery has been discontinued. This means that returning (a part of) an order at the time of delivery will not be possible. However, if you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can always exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Please check our exchange policy for more information.
