Delivery Information
Electronic Delivery – FREE
- Once your payment has been successfully verified, the E-Gift Card code will be sent to your email address.
- The E-Gift Card will be delivered via email within 2 working days of the payment being approved.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD).
E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- The E-Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The E-Gift Card value can be used across multiple orders. The remaining balance will be deducted with each purchase until the total value reaches Rs. 0.
- Only one E-Gift Card can be used per order. Multiple E-Gift Cards cannot be combined in a single order.
- All E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Products purchased using an E-Gift Card cannot be refunded in cash. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with vouchers or discount codes.
- E-Gift Cards are valid for online purchases only and cannot be redeemed at Zigzag showrooms.
